W-2 Copies
Electronic W-2 Copies

Last year's W-2s will be available online after February 15 of this year. To receive a copy of your W-2 in Adobe PDF format, send an email to [email protected]. Your subject line should read: W-2 20XX (XX = the year you need).

The body of your email must include the following information:

- Your Full Name
- Your Current Address
(Street, Apt., City, State, Zip Code)

- Your Social Security Number
- Your Date of Birth

- FIC Client You Worked For
- Your Phone Number

Your W-2 will be emailed within five business days.

W-2 Paper Copies

To receive a W-2 paper copy, please mail us a self-addressed, stamped envelope per instructions below. Place a first class stamp on each envelope, or we will be unable to send your W-2 copy to you.

Envelope #1

Envelope #2

1. You must have two envelopes, a piece of paper, two stamps, and a pen.
2. On a piece of paper, write your name and social security number.
3. Insert this piece of paper into envelope #1.
4. On envelope #1, write your name and address.
5. Attach a US postage stamp in the upper right-hand corner of envelope #1. Do not seal this envelope!
6. On envelope #2, write our address as follows:

Keswick, VA 22947-0727

7. Attach a US Postage stamp in the upper right-hand corner of envelope #2.
8. Fold envelope #1 so that it can be inserted into envelope #2.
9. Insert envelope #1 into envelope #2, and seal envelope #2.
10. Mail envelope #2 to us.

Once we receive your mail, we will open envelope #2 and discard it. We’ll use envelope #1 to mail your W-2 copy to you.
Please allow two weeks for delivery.
